Cancellation Policy

Mathguru Online Class Booking Policy At Mathguru Online, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient booking experience for our valued students. Please take a moment to review our class booking policy outlined below: 1. Booking Procedure: All class bookings must be made through our online booking platform available on our website or via our designated booking channels. Students can select their preferred tutor, date, and time slot based on availability. Bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure tutor availability. 2. Confirmation: Upon successful booking, students will receive a confirmation email or message containing details of the scheduled class, including date, time, and tutor information. It is the responsibility of the student to review the confirmation details and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Students may cancel or reschedule a booked class up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without incurring any charges. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the scheduled class will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the class fee. Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notification will result in the full class fee being charged. 4. Refunds: Refunds for cancelled classes will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. 5. Class Duration: All tutoring sessions will be conducted for the duration specified at the time of booking. Any extension of class duration must be agreed upon by both the student and the tutor and may be subject to additional charges. 6. Technical Issues: In the event of technical difficulties or disruptions during a class, students are encouraged to notify their tutor immediately to resolve the issue promptly. If technical issues persist from the Tutor side and hinder the class, the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost. 7. Code of Conduct: Students are expected to adhere to our code of conduct, maintaining respectful behavior towards tutors and fellow students during classes. Any instances of misconduct may result in termination of the class without refund. 8. Changes to Booking Policy: Mathguru Online reserves the right to amend or update the booking policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students via email or on our website.
