What we offer

At Math Guru, we offer online 1-1 tutoring services for students from year 7 to year 13, covering British, American, and IBDP Curriculums with exam boards including Edexcel, OCR, AQA, AP, MYP & IBDP. Our experienced tutors are trained by our founder, Mr. Pankaj Jha, who has been teaching since 1994 and has personally developed our curriculum resources.

    "To enroll for our classes, simply tap on the 'Get Started' button. We'll ask you a few questions about your child to better understand their needs. After receiving the details, our admissions counselor will contact you to match your child with the right tutor and schedule a free trial class according to your availability. If you're satisfied with the experience, you can choose a plan and make the payment to begin your classes."
  • Do you have offline centres?
    "Yes, we have an offline center in Dubai. Please note that pricing may vary for services provided at our offline center."
  • Why do FAQs matter?
    FAQs are a great way to help site visitors find quick answers to common questions about your business and create a better navigation experience.
  • What if I do not like your classes after I enroll? Will I get my money back?
    "We offer a no questions asked refund policy. If you are unhappy with our classes after enrolling, you can cancel anytime and receive a full refund for the unused classes."
  • How can I keep track of my child's maths progress?
    "You can keep track of your child's math progress through detailed reports sent to you every 15 days."
  • What devices do I need for attending your classes?
    "You will need a desktop or laptop computer capable of video calling to attend our classes. We also highly recommend using a writing tablet for an optimal learning experience."
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".
  • My child has specific learning requirements. Is your program flexible enough?
    "Yes, our program is highly flexible and tailored to meet your child's specific learning requirements. Our tutors will customize the classes to provide assistance with homework, exam preparation, remedial support for any past gaps, or advanced learning as needed."
  • What happens if my child misses a Math Guru class?
    "We have a flexible leave policy that accommodates both planned and unplanned absences. Simply inform your tutor if your child needs to miss a Math Guru class."
  • Can my child join anytime of the year?
    "Yes, your child can join our program at any time of the year. Our tutors will customize the learning plan based on your child's needs and the remaining time in the current academic year. If desired, additional classes can be scheduled to cover extra topics within the same timeframe."
  • What is the frequency and duration of your classes?
    "Our classes generally occur twice weekly for grades K to 8 and three times weekly for high school. However, scheduling is flexible based on your child's needs. Each class lasts for 55 minutes, extendable to one hour."
  • What if I don’t like the tutor?
    "If you are not satisfied with the tutor assigned to your child, please raise a ticket with our helpdesk. We will promptly address the issue and work to find a different tutor who better aligns with your child's needs."
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • Can your tutors teach the topics covered in my child’s school or curriculum?
    "Yes, our tutors are equipped to teach topics covered in various school curricula, including British, American, IBDP, and others. Additionally, we offer a fully customizable curriculum to cater to your child's specific needs."
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
